General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter "the Customer") to RESCHIMICA, VAT number 03764580480 (hereinafter "CREOSTOP" or "we"), through the website, mobile site, or mobile application (collectively referred to as "creostop.com").
By using creostop.com and/or placing an order, the Customer agrees to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read and fully understand the Terms before placing an order.
The inclusion of any product or service on creostop.com at a particular time does not imply or guarantee that such products or services will be available at all times.
CREOSTOP reserves the right to suspend any product at any time. CREOSTOP reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time and without notice. The version of the Terms applicable to the Customer's order is the one present on creostop.com at the time of placing the order.
CREOSTOP aims to provide the best possible online shopping experience. For this reason, we must ensure that our services work perfectly. The customer declares to understand and agree not to (i) send, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communication or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products, or services; (ii) act in a manner or use any device that limits, compromises, interferes with, or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the creostop.com site, or that impacts the site's security; or (iii) use any device or attempt to use any engine, software, equipment, agent, script, or other device or mechanism (including but not limited to spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search within the site or to copy content from the site. CREOSTOP reserves the right to immediately prohibit access to the site and close the account of any user who violates these provisions or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Price and Shipping Fee Changes
The prices published on creostop.com are inclusive of the current VAT.
Prices may vary between store, catalog, and online.
Ordering/Contract Conclusion
After submitting the order, if the Customer has provided an email address, they will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason CREOSTOP is unable to fulfill the order, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
If CREOSTOP has already received payment for such order, it will proceed to refund the amount using the same method chosen by the Customer for payment. If, for any reason, different arrangements are necessary, CREOSTOP will inform the Customer and request them to contact CREOSTOP Customer Service, which will handle the refund.
In case the Customer receives an incomplete order or a wrong product is sent, CREOSTOP will refund the Customer with a voucher to be used on the website www.creostop.com equivalent to the value of the missing/wrong product, which can be used within the next 12 months.
The aforementioned vouchers are personal, linked to the registration email, usable once, and do not include free shipping costs.
Shipping
CREOSTOP exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will do its best to deliver orders to a residential or other address, according to the shipping option selected by the Customer.
CREOSTOP will do its best to deliver orders as quickly as possible and in the order they were placed. CREOSTOP's goal is to deliver orders within 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation (3-5 days for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia). Despite the goal of delivering within the indicated timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
In case of items not available in stock and/or inventory, the order will be processed with times that may vary from 15 to about 25 days.
In case the delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order.
Customers can contact CREOSTOP by phone or email before placing any order to know the delivery times, for greater security and transparency of the CREOSTOP company.
Before placing the order, CREOSTOP will inform the Customer of the details of the expected shipment. After submitting the order, if the Customer has provided an email address, they will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the expected shipment. The entire shipping and delivery policy is outlined on creostop.com.

CREOSTOP relies on its reference courier, GLS.
Order Cancellation
If the product packaging is intact, the Customer can cancel or return the order from the date of issuance and up to 30 days after receiving the ordered items. If the Customer has been charged for the amount of the items, they will receive a refund including standard shipping costs, excluding the return costs of the items to CREOSTOP, if such costs have been generated. If the Customer decides to keep some items and only partially cancel the order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the Customer wishes to cancel or return the order, they must send a communication to RESCHIMICA SRL by email to info@creostop.com, mentioning the product code and buyer's name, or by sending a letter to RESCHIMICA SRL Customer Service, Via Borromini, 50 - Tavarnelle Val di Pesa 50028 Florence; or by filling out and sending the standard form issued by the Consumer Rights Authority; and return the goods to us as indicated in the section below "Returns", within a period of 30 days.
CREOSTOP will refund the amount paid using the same method used by the Customer for payment (or, if payment for the goods has not yet been made, will credit the return of the items to the account summary) as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the notification of cancellation, provided that CREOSTOP has received the items at its warehouse located at Via Borromini 50 - 50028 Barberino Tavarnelle (FI) - Italy, and that the packages are intact.
A different payment method may be used for the refund, provided that the Customer consents to this change; in any case, this will not incur additional costs.
Returns
CREOSTOP guarantees the refund of all items returned according to the "Order Cancellation" section, provided that all items are returned to Reschimica srl, via Borromini 50, 50028 Barberino Tavarnelle (FI) - Italy, and that the conditions of the products are intact.
This means that items must not have been opened, damaged, soiled, and all tags and labels must be intact.
Payment Methods
Payment details can be entered at the time of placing the order, using the PAYPAL service, a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard), Scalpay, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery. The applicable amount will be immediately reserved on the card but will not be charged until the items are shipped. CREOSTOP reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit or debit card, the credit status in relation to the order value, and the correctness of the buyer's address. CREOSTOP may refuse the order based on the results of such checks.
Our Responsibility
CREOSTOP assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the sales agreement within the agreed upon times.
It will not be liable to any party for damages, losses, and costs incurred as a result of the non-performance of the sales agreement for the aforementioned reasons, or for damages, losses, and costs incurred as a result of the use or inability to use the products purchased on creostop.com, with the customer having the right only to the possible refund of the price paid, excluding any shipping costs.
Similarly, CREOSTOP is not responsible for any fraudulent and unlawful use that may be made by third parties, of credit cards, checks, and other means of payment, when paying for the products purchased. CREOSTOP, in fact, is not able to know the credit card number of the buyer at any time during the purchase procedure; at the same time, it is not able to verify the correct and lawful origin of the credit instrument delivered by the customer upon receipt of the goods.
CREOSTOP IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE MADE WITH THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY THE CUSTOMER ON THE CREOSTOP.COM WEBSITE, OR BY OTHER PARTIES WHOSE PRODUCTS ARE BRANDED WITH THE COMPANY'S NAME.
Warranty
All products sold by CREOSTOP are covered by a 12-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To avail of warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice or receipt.
The 12-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to the product that presents a conformity defect, provided that the product itself is used correctly. This warranty is reserved for the private Consumer (individual who purchases goods for purposes not related to their own professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In case of conformity defect, CREOSTOP will, at no cost to the Customer, restore the conformity of the product by replacement. In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to provide its customer with a warranty product (restored or replaced), CREOSTOP may, at its discretion, refund the entire amount paid or replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
No damages of any kind can be claimed from CREOSTOP for any delays in repairs and/or orders and/or replacements.
CREOSTOP declines any responsibility for direct and indirect damages of any nature or under any form they may occur, as a result of the use of the website.
CREOSTOP reserves the right to modify and/or delete any type of information and/or products contained on the site at any time and without any prior notice.
Transfer
CREOSTOP reserves the right to assign any payment credit due and arising from the delivery of goods, including any debt due to third parties.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is or becomes declared null or illegal or not applicable under the law, this will not affect the validity, applicability, or legitimacy of the remaining Terms in any way.
