CREOSTOP exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will do its best to deliver the orders to a residential address or another address, according to the shipping option selected by the Customer.
CREOSTOP will do its best to deliver the orders as quickly as possible and in the order they are issued. CREOSTOP's goal is to deliver orders within 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation (3-5 days for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia). Despite the goal of delivering within the indicated range, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
In case of items not available in stock and/or availability, the order will be processed with times that can vary from 15 to about 25 days.
If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order.
It is possible to contact CREOSTOP by phone or email before placing any order to know the delivery times, this for greater security and transparency of the CREOSTOP company.
Before placing the order, CREOSTOP will inform the Customer of the details of the expected shipment. After sending the order, if the Customer has provided an email address, they will receive a confirmation email containing the details. Delivery charges for Italy are free.
Shipments to foreign countries not indicated on the website will be handled directly by the Commercial Office by sending an email to info@creostop.com
